Its working principle is based on the difference in physical properties between these two materials. The machine uses a combination of air jets, water sprays, and vibrating screens to sort out the particles according to their size and density.
The process begins with feeding raw material into the machine's hopper. As it moves through the system, it passes over various screens that are specifically designed for different particle sizes. The larger stones will be caught by these screens while passing through them, leaving only fine particles behind.
Next comes the air jet section where smaller particles are further separated using high-pressure air streams directed towards them. This effectively removes any remaining dust or debris from both sands and gravels before they exit the machine.
